I liked the location and the view from the balcony was sufficient. I did like being up high. Level 13, I seem to recall.

The furniture was very old and outdated. The carpets were filthy and the unit in my opinion had not been cleaned prior to my arrival. If so, I suggest you get new cleaners.

main bedroom ceiling fan does not work unless the light is on, meaning to sleep you need to keep bedroom door open and let the air con in the lounge cool through to the bedroom

What breakfast? The location was good.Unable to say anything else.

The whole place was dirty & dusty. The patio door needs fixing. The sign on the door advising "they were waiting for a part" to repair it appeared to be at least twelve months old. Microwave & oven were filthy & there were no instructions on how to use appliances.Minimal crockery & cutlery which we needed to clean before using. No tea towels. Very dim bathroom lighting - almost had to feel your way. One main room light inoperable. Lovely table lamp but nowhere to plug it in.Fire alarm works but we didn't make it down all the. stairs before other people began returning. No announcement that the alarm situation was over. great location. Was able to walk into the city, it is a steep climb up hill from the city but doable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

i liked how friendly the staff was and how easy everything was handled

i didn’t like that the fan in my room didn’t work, the bed was very uncomfortable, it was very dusty everywhere also

Very poorly maintained. Would not recommend for the amount you pay. Lights, fans don't work properly TV doesnt work Washing machine is only hooked up to hot water Broken outdoor chair Dryer doesn't work properly. Curtain half hanging in the living area Shower head in bathroom doesnt stay up so you can't shower properly. Have contacted the property about these issues and haven't received any response.
