Smelt, unclean, old, several things broken. Smoke alarm hanging from roof. Just looked and felt unclean

Location. Good sized and clean

The pool/gym was closed but we were not notified until it was booked and paid for

Convenient location, friendly staff.

How the room was advertised but not delivered the same. Eg. Pictures don't match the room. 2 large beds means 2 large beds. 2 couches means 2 couches. Request for a higher level was not honoured.

toilet was leaking all over the floor, cockroaches and rubbish left in the room

Location was great , the view was good, the pool was great, the parking was great, the security was excellent, check-in was on time & easy

The kitchen tap leaked, the main double bed was in the single room not attached to the ensuite & the 2single beds were attached to the ensuite , the double bed was a Murphy bed , the mattress was stained & ripped & hard as a rock, there were marks all over the walls , 2pink handprints in the room with the double bed, there was no soap or hand towels, the skirting boards were thick with dust & a dead cockroach in one corner , kitchen rangehood filters were thick coated with oil

I liked the location and how close it was to central station.

1. I put on this booking that there were 3 people staying, there were only 2 towels, unfortunately we didn’t realise this until 1am when we arrived back from the concert we went to. 2. The beds weren’t comfortable at all and you could feel the springs, which resulted in no one getting sleep. The lounge was actually more comfortable than the bed. 3. Broken items. In the main bedroom the light switch was broken, thankfully there was a remote to turn on light and fan and in the second bedroom the ceiling fan didn’t work at all. Unfortunately again, we didn’t know any of this until 1am when we arrived home. Unfortunately when we checked out there was no one at reception to talk to.
