There was no access to enter the hotel, no elevator to climb to the third-floor. No amenities such as water was provided, we had to buy water for 3 times what is cost outside. They helped bringing the luggages to the street after breaking out the wheels.

I had an amazing experience in this hotel! The room was very clean. The bedding was soft and had comfortable blankets and sheets. This hotel is a historical landmark in Tanger. It nicely displays great artwork and architectural design in the lobby. It’s very clean and pleasing to the eyes. Extremely friendly and helpful staff! Highly recommend this hotel!

Everything was great if you like the old traditional feeling. A lot of steps to reach the hotel and no elevators once in the hotel. Centrally located and close to most attractions.

The hotel is beautiful inside it of course the rooms/bathroom is a bit dated. But slept good from a pne night stay. The architecture in this place is simply beautiful. However, make sure they give you correct room what you paid for you. For instance i purchased a quad room ut they gave me a double. Other than that the stay was and breakfast made up for it

it took more than 1hour with our car to find the parking. Do not trust navigators. It is not in the hotel, instead it is the large public outdoor parking down at Mohamed IV Avenue. Hotel was a good one years ago, but very outdated and basic. but service is good and location is very good.

One of the first hotels in Tangier and still operating. Rooms are simple and not as decorated as the rest of the hotel, so dont expect much, but rooms are clean and have everything you need to enjoy Tangier. Only thing was late check-in, they say because covid and cleaning, so take it in account when arriving - we got the room at15:00 Otherwise beautiful hotel with terrace, real Moroccan treasure

I booked in this hotel for Jul 2020 during the pandemic (COVID19), the border were closed. the hotel never want to give me credit or reinboursment as well as EXPEDIA, all clean their hand and no one care especially Expedia. that will be the last that I will deal with Expedia. it's sad when this huge company take advantage from people.

Great historic and amazing hotel, perfect location just across the ferry terminal . Friendly and professional staff
