The room was amazing! Great location to Washington DC and Patapsco valley state park! Breakfast was also amazing! Joe was a great host!

We had the Terrace room which was convenient with its own entrance. The jacuzzi was wonderful. Joe makes a delicious breakfast.

The yard around the entrance to the "Terrace Room" needs some work.

The Way Side Inn is a fantastic place to stay. Joe is such an engaged innkeeper. He was attentive and spent time chatting during our delicious breakfast. The bed was so comfy. The shower was very nice. We loved seeing the huge oak tree. Joe was happy to fill us in on the history of the inn. We felt safe and like we had stepped back in time to a slower time.

"Charming house and better cook"

We went to a friend's wedding and The Wayside Inn was one of the options for accomoddation. We couldn´t be more happy to have chosen this one. The house is charming and Joe is the sweetest man (and a great cook, what a breakfast!). It was a wonderful experience.

"Comforts of a Bed & Breakfast"

Nice change from staying in a hotel. Host was very friendly and historically informative. Breakfast offerings were very satisfying. Bed & room were very comfortable. If using stairs is of a concern, there is no elevator option.
