Really liked my stay. Room was comfortable and clean, king size bed. tv was good size and up to date. Breakfast was good

Two Star at best even charge me for extra Pillow!

I think and Hotel need some cleaning to remove the smell of some mold . Maybe due to decentralize aircon. You need to turn the knob of aircon in the room. Overall the room is ample size . Toilet is ok but the cubicle need to scrub . The breakfast i can tell if the food is ok , as i went ate late almost 9am , or the food are gone. The only food are some porridge , eggs , some pork cubes and rice and maybe some bread. Salad bar only lettuce and not even thousand island sauce. The only comfort food i had was the sunny side up freshly cooked eggs. However i would like to comment on the senior waiter , very service orientated where he go around the guest if they need additional office. Staff were oK. The wifi were not working initially but after reset was good . The wifi experience i had previously in this hotel was good even compare to 5 star hotel .Overall price were ok for the location . I hope there can do something about the smell of mold . By using bleach water solution or steam cleaner. etc

Stay here always whenever I'm in Manila. Hotel in good location and better than the other hotels of same rating in the area. My only complaint from my first stay till now is the bath towel which is old and small. When will they replace it ?

Quaint little hotel. Good for a transitional stay in-between flights to the provinces.

Older style hotel in good location. represents good value for money. Close to bars, nightlife and Major shopping mall

Have stayed here many times. This hotel is my preferred choice for its location and cleanliness of the rooms. There are some negatives like the bath towel which is too small and needs upgrading. Have complained over the years but am not expecting any changes. Still the same old. Staff are polite and helpful especially the room cleaning guys. Breakfast is passable. Just do not expect any 5-star spread and you will be fine. Room lighting is pretty poor and not suitable for reading. Plug points are also not strategically located. All these are minor inconveniences. Should not deter one from enjoying one's stay. And don't take the taxis stationed at the hotel. Just flag one on your own and insist on meter.

The hotel was neat and clean, but I reserved a non-smoking room and then I checked in I was told that there were no more available and they clear of the smoke odor. They did this and the room was not bad, but walking down the hallway for nasty for a couple that does not smoke. Hallways should be noon smoking. In addition the breakfast buffet was not very well stocked and I normally stay at a hotel that is close by and they have a good breakfast choice. We also eat a diner in it was not very good, we took all other meals elsewhere.

Good size and clean room.Adequate buffet breakfast.Near Robinson Plaza. Friendly and helpful staff.
