not much - can not beat the value.

Stayed at Bellagio Hotel Makati for a quick private discussion. The room itself was okay; cozy and comfortable enough.. However, it was a bit disappointing that the privacy we requested wasn’t fully respected. We were also asked for a deposit despite mentioning we were only staying for a couple of hours. I understand it’s hotel policy, but a little consideration would have been appreciated. Another minor issue was that the entrance was quite hard to locate, which could be improved for guest convenience. Overall, it was a decent stay, but with a few adjustments in guest consideration and accessibility, the experience could be much better.

They couldn't get me a pink giraffe.

Big nice clean room with large windows. Courteous and helpful staff. Toilet flush chain came loose and I had to repair it myself. Minifridge stocked with drinks (you pay for out of the 2000 peso deposit they take at check-in). Considered extending my stay if I wasn't travelling farther. Lots of restaurants and bars close by.

Location, cleanliness, comfortable, staff very friendly

The location and staff were wonderful.

The shower has no pressure and impossible to wash hair. The stairs to the suite were a bit of a pain with luggage but the porters were amazingly helpful.
