We didn’t even get the room that we booked. We paid for a suite and they gave us a regular room and never refunded any money back and the room was absolutely disgusting. The hotel is absolutely disgusting. The bathrooms are the most nastiest thing I’ve ever seen in my life and it was so uncomfortable being there I wanted to just leave.

The fact that the last time I stayed here there was a refrigerator and microwave in my room. I didn’t have access to to the ice machine on one was on the 1st floor. The microwave was dirty in the breakfast area. Also I check was at 11am so why I had my do not disturb sign on the door and the cleaning crew tried to rush me out at 9:00 and then came again at 10:20 like that was rude and I will never stay there again.
