The place was dirty and when I went to check in I was told I had to wait until the 3:00 pm check in time. When I wanted to check out there was no one at the desk.

Location met my needs for my visit. Fairly quiet.

There was a smell of smoke at the entrance of the building. The facility looks dated and not well maintained. Bed was hard and not comfortable. Our room had roaches in it and the repair work on the walls were done poorly, making them look unprofessional and obvious. The bathroom tub was not installed correctly and it felt very unstable underfoot as if it was not secured. also, no refrigerator. I have been to this location in the past, maybe 5-6 years ago but the condition has declined drastically since my prior visits. Very unfortunate.

My room was comfortably,I felt relax,my sheets where clean.i ask for a extra blanket for my mom and they gave it to me with no hassle.

The parking lot is so dark ,need more lighting. Need better coffee selection in the room.not just decaf

I pre-registered with the app but when I arrived there was confusion and initially could find my reservation. Cleanliness left much to be desired. No USB charging outlets available. Room was in need of much TLC and had a strong odor.
