They still serve breakfast

The rooms are not well kept as they use to be. This was my go to hotel a few years back. There are no uniforms for the workers front desk receptionist are in street clothes it's just not professional look for hotel that charges as much as they do for rooms. They still have the same carpet down since the day the hotel open so you can imagine how the carpet looks and it holds oder. The facility itself is okay they keep the lobby clean but the furniture needs to be replaced for as much money as they charge for services microtel can do all much better job at presentation.

Elevator floor is buckling, needs to be replaced. Sink in our bath had no stopper. Carpet in room was torn.

Worst motel I’ve ever stayed in in my life. I cannot believe I had to pay to stay here as I still have bedbug bites all over my body.

Lots of improvement is needed

Just left this morning and wanted to pass on that I was pretty disappointed with your facility. 5/30 I had to get the attendant at the front desk to have someone clean up vomit at the elevator entrance and inside of the elevator. It reeked of vomit for the next two days. The breakfast was very bad and the microwave was filthy. The only thing to drink was milk or coffee- No Juice . There were no plates for the food. Really sub-standard. This morning 6/1 there was no coffee in the lobby and the breakfast area was trashed with cereal all over the counter. I threw my keys on the front desk as no one was there to check me out. Never coming back to this place! You really need to change a few things to make this place better than a Motel 6.

The carpet was FILTHY! House keeping didn’t ever come clean our room or fully stock new towels and wash cloths. One night, we had to sleep without a blanket because none were clean. There were roaches. The water didn’t get hot one night. I’m sure I’m forgetting something, but don’t book this hotel. Terrible service.
