Good location

The property needs serious work. Not only is it falling apart, the linens and bedding are not in good shape. There was a blood stain on my sheet. It was NOT clean. The bathroom door has not been wiped down in a while as it was dirty around the door knob. I am guessing the people are not at the front desk at checkout because they dont want to hear about it. We are not that picky but we would not return to this property. I would prefer purchasing a blanket and sleeping in my car.

This place was very dirty. The towels had stains on them and the pillow case looked like it had a blood stain. The rooms are very outdated and it doesnt look like they clean anything between guests. When I booked it had stated that there was free breakfast. When we got there they said thag they did not have breakfast at all. The staff was ok and friendly though. I will not be staying here again.

The man at the counter was very kind. We didnt stay after seeing the room, it was very small and smelled awful.

We go to Killington about once per month. This was our first time staying at this place and it was our last. Small, unbelievably dated with zero amenities. Breakfast was advertised but beyond coffee in the "office", I didn't see anything truly edible. Check out stains on the mattress base... Hillside Inn is 100% better for about the same price.

Too much furniture in room. A table and chairs would be better than 3 chests. Old but clean. Beds comfy

I drove 12 hours to get to the property. I had booked thru Expedia for $98. The listing said they were "Pet Friendly". When i got there they wanted to charge me $50 for 2 small dogs. This was not disclosed when i booked. I consider this to be "Bait and Switch" so I left and will never go back. When I called the next day to get my refund the man was rude and told me to call Expedia to get my $98 back. Dont stay here. Tina LaBruzzo

Happy Bear was very nice and quiet. Great fridge option and microwave. Clean and very convenient location. Beds are definitely on the firm side though.
