High ceilings, quiet, located close to Chili’s and Walmart. I gave this place a chance, but I found a small roach in the bathroom one morning and other reviews also mentioned roaches. I think they need to caulk some openings in the bathroom. Also the pleather office chair in the room was completely peeling. I will be staying elsewhere for my next stays in Mt Pleasant.

"disappointing "

Couch was stained chairs torn. Carpet filthy tile broke in bath room. Didn’t have the room I booked on line so I was up graded to a master suite. Tv didn’t work but personal fit it. The most disappointing/disgusting room my family has ever stayed in. Also was asked by your employee if my dog was a pet or service animal. According to the ada you are not suppose to ask that question. It is A form of discrimination. At the very least you should be refunding me the money I spent on the poor excuse of a good nights stay at your facility. Please let me know if you need any further clarification.

"not a good stay"

My room was in bad shape to say the least. The air condition unit sounded like a chainsaw, and the television did not work. It was 11 pm by the time we arrived, so I just turned the ac unit off and went to bed. I've stayed here many times before and haven't had any issues until now. My room number was 203.

"Candlewood Mt Pleasant TX"

Will not stay here again. Seriously roaches in the dishwasher, old face mask behind the bedside table and somebody's hair in the shower. I know it wasn't my mother in laws. She was the only one to use the shower. She has short gray hair and it was long brown hair. Worse stay ever!!

People there were very friendly and helpful at Candlewood. The only complaint I do have and this could be due to guest who were in the room before me, but I saw a couple of roaches in the bathroom

"Vacay with the grands!"

The hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful. This is the place you want to stay!! Affordable and super nice!
