"Not ready for occupancy. "

The hotel is not ready for full occupancy. Reviews talked about renovation so that was expected but if a room is not ready DON'T BOOK IT! Ice maker in fridge - nothing to catch the ice in (there was no central ice in the bldg). No silverware. Microwave was broke. No pot to heat water, but the stove was locked anyway so that was out. The tvs were broke. Turned out one of the tv's remotes wasn't paired and the other one just gave an error message. Not quality checked for occupancy. On a brighter note. The bed was a typical IHG great night sleep. We love staying at IHG properties and are willing to pay for the higher standard. Sad that this stay was not worth the cost.

"Nice, but under construction"

The hotel was under construction and looked pretty rough from the outside and in the lobby, but the room itself was very nice. The bed was super comfortable. My only complaint, there was no coffee available in the morning!

The staff was great and nice. The only problems we had were the remodeling and and not real hot water and the toilet didnt flush properly. I would say if they were not remodeling the place would be a excellent all the way around
