Orange was nice

Not good, I asked for poached egg and it wasn’t cooked, the sausage was not good very tough skin. The hash brown was soggy! And beans were luminous

Very welcoming, is like a home away from home. Good choice of breakfast , they offer a small bowl of foods for the dogs too which is nice. Great location - just a short walk to bowness and lake Windermere.

The shower flooded which is not ideal . We have stayed here before , in the same room, and had no problems so maybe recent issues. Other than not no complaints
