Good location and nice hotel. Good size rooms Reasonable Russian style breakfast. Room smelt and felt a bit damp and musty on arrival. Room service/ cleaning tended to happen very late. Rather dated interior decor but still very pleasant. Good for the price

Ну, неплохо, но от 4-х звезд хотелось большего. Из плюсов : расположение, чистота. Из минусов: чайника в номере нет, соответственно нет чайно-кофейного набора. Нет и минибара. Утюг и доска в общем холле, хотя в номере полно места и уж в полулюксе можно было утюг предусмотреть. Управление кондиционером не с пульта, нет одноразовых зубных щеток и зубной пасты (мы бывалые и взяли с собой из дома, но все же...). Сейф в номере не работал. Полулюкс был на троих, но полотенца и халаты только на двоих. Попросили, принесли оперативно. Подушки хиленькие и всего по одной на постояльца. Завтраки так себе. Для 3-х звездного нормальные, до 4-х не дотягивают. Места в зоне для завтрака мало, в 9.00 было не приткнуться. Долго заселяли.

Хороший отель, в центре Казани.Расположен на пешеходной улице. Многие достопримечательности находятся в шаговой доступности от отеля.Рядом находятся несколько торговых центров. Есть своя парковка.Светлые, уютные номера с хорошим ремонтом.Приветливый обслуживающий персонал.
