Grand Hotel Kazan

This hotel is at the heart of city. Employee is very kInd, facility is very spacious, clean and safety condition is good. I can easily access to the city. If i come back to this city, i will choose this hotel again.

was a little surprised, by police knocking at my door at 5 AM, trying to make me confess to something that i did not do. would be nice to have door peephole and a door chain and a coffee maker был удивлен полицейскими пришедшими в 5 утра, обвинившими меня в беспорядках б клубе в котором я не был. ссылаясь на видео камеры, которые(как оказалось) они не просматривали а так все было не плохо еще бы глазок и цепочку на дверь:)

Отличное расположение, пешеходная улица Баумана начинается практически от дверей отеля, просторный номер, чисто, достаточно разнообразные завтраки, красивый вид на озеро Нижний Кабан и Парк Тысячелетия. Рядом все достопримечательности. Очень удобный переход в торговый центр Кольцо прямо от рецепшен. Удобная подземная парковка.

Nice location, nice stuff, very good facilities, relatively new. Excellent view from the most of rooms.

Самое хорошее- расположение. Удивило, что за халаты нужно платить! И в целом - цена сильно завышена. Качество проживания не порадовало.

The staff were professional and friendly and the hotel located in the central of Kazan. So, the location was really good. However, these are the only good things in the hotel. The breakfast was shoddy and not good at all. The rooms were not updated and the room was not clean or comfortable. On top of everything the room we get was not the one we paid. The room was a lot smaller than in the description. Thus, our group did not fit in the room. The hotel changed our room and we get the better one. However, the room still was not the one we bought. I think that hotel is not even close to 4 star. I would give 2 or 3 star in international standards.

Best value for your money in Kazan. Hotel staff very civil and polite a bonus for Russia and speak fair if not good English. Always willing to help. Located next to shopping center with bank and food court.

Если не брать в расчёт, что бронирую номер студию и оплатив ее, мне предоставили сначала одноместный полулюкс,после потраченого часа на урегиоирование казуса,получила двухместный полулюкс,но все равно не то,что ожидала ( В целом Отель понравился ,вкусные завтраки,отсутсвие чайника в номера компенсирует «кипяток в номер»,но быстрота доставки зависит от официанта ) В целом 4 твёрдая Уборка ежедневная и вполне приличная .
