The continental breakfast was just right for us, proper butter and jams, no sachets. swift and friendly service always.

The whole stay was great, service, food and facilities was well above what was expected. The staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful, a great weekend away.

Breakfast and plates on last morning could have been a little hotter, this however is for feedback, not a complaint.

All was good

Excellent location for exploring the Quantocks, with good walking trails next to the hotel. Food was great and staff were friendly and attentive. Free parking and quiet surroundings with birdsong the main sound was very pleasant.

The room was a little basic and small given it was a "superior" one. My stay was B&B and although the small print says a "buffet" breakfast was included, I was expecting a cooked option as part of that offering, although the (cold) breakfast selection was nice. The optional cooked breakfast was also nice but expensive. Dinner menu was somewhat limited but very tasty.

Great location in a peaceful setting. We loved being able to walk from the hotel into the Combe. The restaurant was very good as well. Lovely friendly staff. Large comfortable bed.

Slightly dated shower room. No bath.

Location. clean,comfy beds. Lovely decor. Peaceful. Dog friendly. No loud family’s or children
