Brickhouse Inn B&B

I am so glad I came across the Brickhouse Inn. We had an amazing time. The staff was very attentive but gave you space to enjoy. Check in was easy and our room had everything we needed. We attended the afternoon social and met with the staff and other guests. At the social it was great to get tips and ideas of local events, places to eat and other key info. We were happy with the grab and go breakfast very convenient. We did try breakfast in bed one day and it was delicious. The common area was relaxing and you had lots of options for seating. There were outdoor dining tables, chairs around a fire pit (this was very nice to enjoy at night as it got cooler), they also had comfy chairs and swings on the porch which we really enjoyed sitting out and watching others go by. The location is very convenient to shopping, food, and area attractions. It is a very walkable location. We also brought bicycles and rode them all over as well as walked depending on what we were doing. We did do one of the tours thru them, the ghost tour, and we had a great time and we learned a lot of history during that tour as well. We didn't get to try out the hot tub, we were just busy but it looked very nice and we were bummed we didn't get to try it out. Checkout was also very easy. We would definitely stay here again. You can't beat the location and all the relaxing areas they offered both inside and outside as well as the personal touches. Much much better than a hotel room.

My mom and I had previously done a ghost tour at the Brickhouse Inn & Welty house and we absolutely loved it. We asked if we could come back on our own time and sit in the yard and try to communicate with the spirits. Hannah, one of the employees said we could do that. So we took her up on that offer and we returned yesterday, 10/8/25 and we sat out in the yard area. Hannah came out and we asked again if it was okay if we sat her. She said it was absolutely fine that we did that and even gave us an EMF meter to use help with our investigation! We talked for a couple minutes and I just want to recognize how absolutely amazing Hannah was to talk to as well as how welcoming and kind she was. All the staff we have interacted with have been so kind and helpful. We are making it a point on our next visit to Gettysburg to stay at the Brickhouse Inn and do the Haunted Pub Crawl that Hannah leads!

The staff were very friendly and hospitable. We truly felt welcomed. We loved the fire pit area outside. Definitely gave the comfy feels.

This is our first time visiting Gettysburg and we enjoyed our stay at the Brickhouse Inn. The rooms were comfortable and staff was there with anything we needed. Especially breakfast hosted by Sam and Hannah.

My family and friends stayed at the Brickhouse Inn Oct 3-5th and had the best time. The rooms were so clean and cute and felt like we went back in time. We didn't dine in for the breakfast but it smelled so good every morning. The staff was great and knowledgeable and so friendly. Sam, Hannah & Richard were our guides and were so personable and great to talk to. 5pm champagne social was a great time to just sit and relax by the firepit. Everything was walkable: close to the battlefield & cemeteries, Jennie Wade house, Dobbin House Tavern, Bantam Coffee and many other cute shops. We will definitely be back.

My stay at the Brickhouse Inn was amazing! The house is comfortable and homey. The employees were kind and caring. Sam was great! He sat and talked with us like he was part of the family and he is very knowledgeable and cool to hang around. The Brickhouse Inn is lucky to have him! I felt as if I was hanging out with a friend. In addition he was extremely attentive and considerate. Hannah was also very sweet and informative and made my family and I feel welcomed! I would 100% recommend a stay at the Brickhouse Inn.

100% recommend the BRICKHOUSE INN! The staff is incredible, super friendly & knowledgeable. Shout out to SAM & HANNAH for their hospitality and going above & beyond for all guests. The inn itself is extremely clean and beautifully kept. Relaxing by the fire in the backyard is essential after miles of walking around Gettysburg each day. I already can't wait to re-visit!
