Hotel muy bien ubicado en la mejor playa de Holbox . Muy buena atención del personal, destaco a Cristian y Armando por su amabilidad. Ideal para descansar , desconectarse y disfrutar de la naturaleza.

Nada, sólo comentar que hay muchos mosquitos en el inicio de la temporada de lluvias.

Es un lugar encantador, cuidaron cada detalle durante la estancia. En cuanto a la ubicación se encuentra un poco lejos del centro. La habitación perfecta justo frente al mar. El restaurante bien aunque no había mucha variedad en alimentos.

The location was ideal for our kitesurfing group, with easy access to the ocean. The facilities were very comfortable, and the expansive property offered plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The ocean views were beautiful, and everything was well maintained and clean. The presence of iguanas added a unique, exotic touch to the overall experience.

While we thoroughly enjoyed the hotel overall, there was one aspect of our stay that did not meet expectations. During breakfast service, the staff were not particularly attentive or welcoming. We felt overlooked at times, with apparent preference given to other guests. Unfortunately, this detracted from the experience, especially given our short two-night stay.
