Easy access from M6. Good well maintained and with helpfull staff. Would visit again

usual high friendliness and to a fault concern for guests. A room was found 3 hrs before check in for us, no extra charge. we had travelled from overseas ad were tired. Workmen were stripping and lying new flooring, Guests felt little impact

Will definitely stay there next time we are visiting Leyland. Very good for dogs. Very well kept grounds

Lovely building but could do with some little touches to make it better! Without going into too much detail , cleanliness and some cracked tiles in bathroom!!

The rooms were good and the staff were really helpful, however, if you want peace & quiet I strongly recommend that you ask for a room which doesn't overlook the terrace, unfortunately on the last night of our stay, a wedding party was still going strong on the terrace at 12.30am. The other criticism is the chef is very heavy-handed with the salt, most of our meals were inedible, which the waiting staff thought was hilarious

Without exception, the Staff are kind, considerate, and helpful.

Very comfortable twin room. Staff very friendly and efficient. We have stayed here several times and will be back when visiting family locally.

Amazing Heritage Hotel - please do not change anything

Really lovely hotel - friendly staff, comfy room and very large. Would just prefer a stronger shower!
