Bed was terrible spring mattress, could not get comfortable. Guy that checked in did not go over any details about property. It is not lake front, there are other houses between the lake.

"A good place to stay in Cooperstown area."

Located in a quiet area, equipped with new fridge and microwave. Towels are plenty. Also got discounted Baseball Hall of Fame tickets.

The shower room is small.
