I know tvs are not so important but our first room tv didn’t work. They moved us and the second room got one station, Luckily it was fine for the night. I guess for the $ TVs should be in working order. The staff was as helpful as they could be.

USThe gentleman who checked me in was thorough, fast and professional and I was in my room in no time. Having miles to travel the next day, I appreciated the hot breakfast that was available early, 5:30 AM. The shower and bathroom were recently renovated and worked perfectly.
The only small problem was the in-room Keurig coffee maker that refused to work properly and ultimately produced a cup of tepid coffee. However, good coffee was available in the lobby, so this is a tiny quibble. I drive this part of I-40 a half dozen times a year, and I'll remember this place.
Way over priced! We paid $170 for a king suite. We feel $100 would have been the appropriate price (even given inflation pricing... 5 years ago this would have been a $75room). Room was very basic... bed and couch. Mini fridge and microwave. One chair at desk. No hair dryer. No table. Had to request 3rd set of towels. No complimentary water (they'll charge $5 per bottle). Breakfast was blah... oatmeal had brown sugar only... I added my own fruit and nuts. Room was clean enough. Weight room had weighted balls up to 12 pounds, no hand weights.
Stayed one night but AC was very noisy and window didn’t have curtains so very bright light was directly on our face. There was a shade but it was hardly blocking the light. Room was clean though and staff was good too

The place was filthy .the first room had something red splattered on the wall.Relocated to another room it was filthy and smelled like a wet dog. Also the clerk stated the room would have been 110.00 not 184.00 if We booked through them not ya'll .Booking.Com should get their act together and keep their Clients from these kind of places.
