Chang Hong und ich hatten sieben sehr entspannte Tage im Sanya Mandarin Oriental. Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe dem Stadtzentrum und bietet dennoch eine ruhige, entspannte Atmosphäre. Toll auch die Gästebetreuung Shiyu begrüsste uns überraschend in perfektem Deutsch als Muttersprache und organisierte alle unsere Wünsche binnen Sekunden. Sie spricht nicht nur Deutsch, Mandarin, Englisch und Türkisch, sondern ist auch eine perfekte Gastgeberin gewesen. Das Service-Team war freundlich und schnell, dias Zimmer sauber und geräumig und glänzt mit einem 500 Dollar Dyson Haarfön. Vor allem das All-Inclusive-Barbecue-Dinner in Strandlage sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen.

服務真的沒話說。公共區域都很美。怎麼拍都是很出景。如果經濟許可的話一定要預約他們的伯爵旅拍。拍出來的效果比婚紗照還漂亮。雜誌風格的照片只是荷包可能要大失血。

餐廳的價錢也蠻貴的。

The food was exceptional, the breakfast every morning was delicious and had many options including lobster wonton which was very refreshing. Staff was nice and I could call a call inside the hotel to travel everywhere. Hotel lobby is beautiful and the view is great. Highly recommend.

The sand on this beach is grainy, more like rocks than coral. If you prefer, you should go to the Dadong beach instead for a nicer beach day.
