Very comfortable, big bed, big room, clean and good location and view

Receptionist slow response on call, my room didn't get towel (because laundry machine was on maintenance) but the reception didn't inform anything. The reception staff need to be trained the gpod communication. many Food variant, but the taste (for.me) just enough.

- the staff lacking initiatives to offer assistance when seeing a customer getting fussy carrying their stuff - room cleaning not thorough, staff left a dirty pillow cover behind & not picking up dirty dishes
