"Disappointing Room"

Outside space. Location and gardens were lovely. Communal areas were very nice too, especially the breakfast room. Breakfast was delicious.

We were disappointed by our room. Not as expected as per photos on Booking.com. It needed a refresh. Bathroom was small, badly laid out - no room to set toiletries and was mouldy. Door to room did not close easily.

Beautiful building from outside and beautifully decorated lobby

Staying in the single room made me feel like I got scammed...when you look at photos of the other rooms, it makes no sense for that single room to be offered to guests. It should be a room that staff use for their own purposes
