Very nice, clean, well presented and comfortable hotel in a great location. Excellent dinner and breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The bed was too firm for me but that is a personal preference.

Very friendly welcome, helpful staff. Superb menu and food. Very comfortable accommodation. Great location for visiting Lincoln (would recommend the cathedral roof tour). We took an Uber in and out for ease.

"A wonderfully relaxing hotel to stay in with first class service and food and comfort to match"

An exceptionally good hotel with first class rooms, superb food and incredibly helpful and nice staff

The EV charging point is actually just an external electric socket so of no use to a modern electric car.

"An excellent hotel, I would happily stay here again"

Lovely hotel. Staff were professional, polite and friendly. The room was a good size. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was good and the bath towels were thick and fluffy. Breakfast choice was good and plentiful. There was a choice of hot food from the menu which was served to you at the table.

There was no safe in the room.
