There was nothing I didn’t like ❤️

I really enjoyed my quick stay. Can’t comment on food or drinks as I didn’t have any…but the location (close to Waverley), friendly staff and beautiful, inviting room demand that I write this review. I needed a luxurious room for a one night stay with a specific location and Le Monde delivered. Can’t speak highly enough about this hotel. Oh…and good shower water pressure. So appreciated from this spoiled American.

Great location. Very comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, clean. Nice and friendly staff. Everything you need for a shorter stay

Breakfast may be too expensive to what it offers.

Music from night club was loud on Saturday night. But I think this may be the only night this might be a problem

Booked the le Monde hotel for a special birthday celebration the receptionist was great with us even let my daughter in early to decorate the room for a surprise , beautiful Room and the location was brilliant so central for all amenities

The toilet didn't flush great

Can be a bit noisy when there is a raucous party in the restaurant

Noise levels from nearby club are not ideal

This is a stay of two halves. We arrived Wednesday and the hotel was pretty good overall. Pros: Location Ambience Staff very friendly Bedroom huge Comfy bed Amazing shower Cons: Breakfasts slow and cold Cheap bread used No food available in hotel during the day Room needed some touching up Bar in hotel needs a good clean (the under bar visible when you are sat in front of it has multiple chewing gum deposits and clumps of fluff and hair - right in your eye line if you’re in a booth). Reception constantly unmanned. Then Friday hit. Wish we’d seen the other reviews. Suddenly the peaceful, relaxing vibe of the hotel has become Butlins weekender. Pounding dance music from early afternoon. Huge groups of wasted people including hen nights partying from early afternoon. Followed by the thumping base of the on site nightclub keeping you awake until 3am. Both Friday and Saturday night. And you know what? It’s obviously popular for them and what they need to survive. Fair play. Just not for us after a day of site seeing and wanting to chill out.

Good location for the city.

The noise! Friday and Saturday afternoon onwards were very noisy with music and the nightclub on the basement, and resultant noise of people leaving kept us awake until 3am!
