"Good location but clearly upside potential"

Location

Noise in the evening. Packed bar in the evening, not by hotel guests. Slow service in bar and for breakfast.

"Lovely hotel, but breakfast elsewhere"

great location and a lovely room

Couldn't get anything to eat on the first evening due to a technical issue. When we asked about this the following morning we were told it was due to a lack of staff! Whatever the issue it would have been helpful to have been advised when booking in that food wasn't available in the evening. Breakfast on the 2nd morning when there were 2 other tables in for food took 3/4 of an hour to be served!

"Würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen!"

Gute Lage. Das Zimmer war groß, geräumig und was sehr schön zum Thema-Zimmer eingerichtet. Das Bett war super bequem und die Anzahl verschiedenen Kissen!

Es ist äußerst hellhörig! Und eine WC-Bürste wäre schon auch von Vorteil. 😉

Everything was great - though there were loud sounds from outside <clubs> who disturbed our sleep . The personnel was excellent in all hotel departments . Nice touch the daily water / coffee / biscuits The breakfast though a la carte was good -

Quirky rooms, very comfortable. Perfect location right in the heart of the city but still quiet. Everything we needed for a lovely night in the capital. Would definitely stay again. Very friendly staff.
