"Great location but needs some improvements"

Great location friendly staff, rooms spacious

Breakfast was always cold/lukewarm and no windows to open in room for fresh air.Some of chairs in bars tired and fabric torn

"Sunday day out"

We frequented La Monde for drinks around lunchtime on 19th April .. 🤩 your staff .. Nina, Jodie and Tassia are amazing absolutely outstanding.. friendly, welcoming, and customer service was out of this world! They made us our own cocktails .. California Pornstar made by Nina was amazing 🤩! Highly recommend these guys 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟❤️

I have already stayed at this hotel before however at that time the room was nice . second time the room was too small with unopened small window .

"Ok for a night or 2 but room smaller than expected."

Location on George Street was excellent. Room theme Barcelona was very nice.

No drawer storage, couldn’t switch the bathroom heater off, electric sockets were nowhere near main mirror, very noisy outside.

Noise in the evening. Packed bar in the evening, not by hotel guests. Slow service in bar and for breakfast.

"Lovely hotel, but breakfast elsewhere"

great location and a lovely room

Couldn't get anything to eat on the first evening due to a technical issue. When we asked about this the following morning we were told it was due to a lack of staff! Whatever the issue it would have been helpful to have been advised when booking in that food wasn't available in the evening. Breakfast on the 2nd morning when there were 2 other tables in for food took 3/4 of an hour to be served!
