We had such a wonderful experience at Las Cabañas Tulum!! We came for our honeymoon and spent 5 night. The room was comfortable and clean, and all of the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They reached out to us throughout our trip to see how they could help make our stay even more enjoyable. Aldo and David (the bellboys) were our absolute favorite!! Kudos to them for being so sweet to us. Thank you for everything! The food at Frescos and Ziggy was also great! We loved having breakfast delivered every morning before we started our day!

My husband and I spent our honeymoon at Cabañas and our experience was absolutely perfect! Our room was beautiful, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that all of our needs were met. The location of the hotel is perfect, and both restaurants on site were delicious! We’ll definitely be returning to Cabañas, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone else.

The staff was very sweet and professional. Special thanks to the receptionists and the lady at breakfast for remembering my preferences. The Hotel is ideally located, at walking distance from the lively spots but far enough to sleep quietly. The gym is small but has everything needed for indoor biking, weights.

I travel extensively since 20 years and I would recommend to the Manager to be flexible on upgrades when suitable. Indeed I decided to stay 1 more night and had to pack everything to change rooms and wait 3 hours that the other room was ready.. I would have expected a direct switch to an available room, even an upgraded room.. this is what I experienced in all hotels I have visited.. it was not the best customer experience..

This is the perfect boutique hotel in the perfect location. The staff are so incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast-- and all the food-- is INCREDIBLE-- healthy and fresh and delicious. The room was very comfortable and I had a room with a rooftop and water view with a beautiful balcony that I sat on all the time!! The location is also perfect and easily walkable to all the restaurants and boutiques of Tulum. I was there in August so there is a lot of seaweed and I could not swim, but it was still a very spiritual and meaningful experience. I also highly recommend the spa and massages at the hotel- they are excellent. I would definitely come back.
