it was quiet , the pool was very enjoyable

the mattress was hard ,

The room was very big and we had a balcony They have a shuttle to the bus station when you leave Bed was big and comfy

This hotel is very over priced. It was the second most expensive hotel we stayed at throughout our whole two week trip in Thailand so we were expecting amazing things from this hotel which unfortunately it did not live up to. They advertise that they can provide an airport shuttle, but do not expect them to reply to you. I wrote to them twice on booking.com before we arrived and we didn't receive a response Breakfast was disappointing too About a 20 minute walk into the city center. They don't provide the shuttle from the bus station when you arrive as you cannot get in contact with them. When we also rung to ask before we arrived they told us there was no shuttle. There was supposed to be an amazing bath tub in our room, but when we arrived it didn't live up to the pictures. There was also a sign to say do not put hot water in the bath, therefore there is no point in having this bath.

Free shuttle bus service into town

upon arriving it became clear we had been catfished. This establishment look’s nothing like the photos. we stayed in one of the huts and as soon as you walk in the smell of damp is strong. The place is infested with ants , mould and cockroaches. All fabric surfaces are damp including the cushions and the bedding. Our bedding was ripped and marked. The swimming pool is dirty and dangerous as there are so many broken tiles. Would not recommend especially as the prices are high not worth risking your health breathing in the mould.

Terrible terrible place, black mold on ceilings, dirty faucet, dead roaches in the shower, bf had trouble breathing after a few hours in the room with the mold. Staff didn't care, everything was damp, the bedsheets, the pillow, even the chairs. wouldn't recommend to anyone.

one of the pool was a little rusty which ruined on of my swimmer being unable to get the rust out
