Belle Villa Resort, Pai

Lovely location with beautiful rural views. Lovely staff and nice room. A great setting overall.

Breakfasts were a bit tired (not great coffee) and bathroom, though lovely, was a bit dark. But these are small points.

The location of the resort is just perfect for a relaxing holiday. It is situated in a very peaceful area with beautiful scenery and yet it is not very far from the city center. The breakfast is delicious with a nice spread with many Thai and Western food items. The rooms are also clean with comfortable beds.

the pool was very nice and large. The rooms were very spacious with a nice balcony.

Could use some minor renovations and the location is a little far.

The isaan lady who make my cocktails steal from my room. In afternoon she recommended i try her special massage in my room. I agreed. When doin massage she smoking,i have to tell her stop smoke in my room. Afterwards when im face down she steal the money from my table, and make excuse she need to go. I dont have time file police report because i have to checkout next day and drive to CHiang Mai. Pool is dirty, loud motorbikes and barking darks at night. Do not recomend.

I only stayed 2 nights after long motorbike trip, it was relaxing. I didnt have to leave the resort, i had food delivered, sat by the pool all day, and in the evening the lady that makes the drinks gave me a special massage in my room. I dindn't have to go into town for anything. I feel well rested. Oh the AC didnt work and smelled like mold. Next time will stay longer.

Ordered a cocktail at the hotel lounge area, and there was a large 6" black hair in it. I showed the dark lady who made it, she just put her dirty hands in and removed it then walked away...didn't even offer to re-make it. Not to mention she was smoking the whole time making the drink.. seems extremely un-hygenic If staff can't maintain proper health and safety standards, maybe they should wear gloves and hairnet.

Stayed in a Deluxe with Pool Access the Resort itself is tidy. Rooms is spacious tidy though its a bit outdated. Breakfast is ok there are variety options should low occupancy if hotel is full they will have buffet breakfast however staffs need to maintain friendliness and standard service. First day plates is unclean, Waiters were to prepare eggs for us again hygiene wise especially during this time they should asks the Chefs to cook for us with proper hygiene/attire with gloves and masks. Some staffs are unfriendly not so welcoming. Staffs lost the touch of being welcoming and being friendly THUMBS UP only to HK and Gardener who can still maintain their smiles due to the economic and current crisis. Overall resort is convenient comfortable not too far to get to the Pai Town should you have bike, would suggests shuttle service to the town. Require Operation training whilst duirng low season so that staff wont forget the sequence of service as well service mind.
