The property was generally fine and matched the location description. However, the interiors felt more dated in person compared to the photos, which gave a more modern impression.

Overall, we were very disappointed with our stay. The staff’s attitude and lack of follow-through on the experience frustrating. At the restaurant, half of the menu was unavailable, they closed at 8 p.m. (which is unusually for dinner), and no alcoholic drinks were available. Before arriving, I had contacted the property about booking elephant activities on arrival, but upon arrival I was simply told to contact someone else, which meant I missed out entirely on the experiences I had planned. The property itself also raised concerns. Their ‘mini farm’ included a cage with cats, which felt inappropriate and unsettling. The worst issue, however, was being placed in a room next to a private party. We were never informed in advance that loud music would play until 10 p.m., and with a young baby this was unacceptable. When I asked for a quieter room, staff barely understood English, hung up on me, and offered no solution. Even after the party ended, guests continued making noise throughout the night, and again, nothing was done to address it. Finally, one of the main reasons I booked this hotel was its advertised connection to the elephant nursery. Yet when I spoke to the nursery staff, they explained that management no longer supports them and the partnership is ending. This was misleading and deeply disappointing. Overall, this was a poor experience, and I will not return. I would caution anyone considering this property, especially if they are booking with expectations of activities or the elephant nursery.

The photos of the bedrooms on booking.calm aren’t what you get when you arrive. Very disappointed.

La difficulté a se déplacer sans payer un de leur transport ( 500 bath min), cest dommage de ne pas proposer la location de scooter dans un endroit si isolé. C'est dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de terrasse confortable/ une table des chaises / de l'ombre devant les bungalows...

Love the quiet and tranquility, did not read up before so the elephants were a massive bonus, this place is outstandingly beautiful, we stayed in the most beautiful chalet on stilts, a bit dated but any negatives were just negated by the beauty of the place. Thanks to everyone that is involved in the rescue and care of the elephants, we run a rescue for dogs in Bulgaria, and it is beautiful to see otgers care so much about animals.

Not keen on the food, a bit of a vegan nightmare, but when in Rome so they say, and fresh fruit everyday made up for the lack of variety. Do not let that comment put you off staying.

Olimme 7 päivää resortissa ja viihdyimme erittäin hyvin. Meille parasta oli luonnonläheinen ja kaunis ympäristö sekä rauhallisuus. Ruoka oli erinomaista, ja ravintolan terassilta upea näköala Kwai-joelle. Henkilökunta loistavaa ja siisteys moitteetonta. Ehdoton kohokohta olivat eläkkeellä olevat norsut, jotka joka iltapäivä marssivat mökkimme ohi uimaan Kwai-jokeen.
