The Riverside Inn

The heat did not work. They accommodated us with a space heater, which was fine but not optimal. Needed some updates.

Tay and her husband Julian were amazing hosts. There was a freak incident where the room I had booked also got booked via another app at the very same time. Even though this was no fault of theirs they were extremely apologetic and sorted me out with another room which they gave me for free for the night. Extremely generous and attentive hosts. I can't recommend them enough. They even gave me access to a locked shed to store my mountain bike in. I'll definitely stay with them again next time I'm in the area.

A bit musty

Nice and comfortable stay with my teenager. The place is very the center so you can walk to the brewery, the mini golf, the restaurant, the ici cream and even the bike/walk path. The room is decent with share bathrooms. Everything was clean. The price is fair enough for what you get, even more for Stowe area.

The place is pretty old and when you come inside the place, it is smelling the old thing. Not so great, but upstairs it was correct.

We didn’t end up staying. I wasn’t aware that the rooms didn’t have their own bathroom. It was dark and kind of creepy. The man at the front desk was a delight, very friendly.

We had an enjoyable stay. Julien was very accommodating and friendly. The only comment we had, which is no reflection on Julian, was the bed and pillows were not the most comfortable. Otherwise the location was perfect and there was a lot to do in the area.

Clean and good price - great location Mattress was not the greatest, but good for just one night Internet needs a booster - did not work in room AC was good I would stay again
