This hotel represents decent value, however it is due for un upgrade in the near future. The staff are great, very friendly and provide great service and location is good. The rooms are slightly outdated, dark and a little musty. Wi-Fi was very reliable.

This hotel is certainly not a 4 star but at best a 3 star facility as I found out. As a first time stay guest I must admit to being disappointed with the hotel. The room provided me was facing the street frontage and hence with it all the roadway traffic noise. Insulation of the room too was poor and often corridor noise from disrespectful guests at all hours added to this. Hot water was unpredictable in the room necessitating a request for maintenance after it was lost completely overnight and still out the next morning during my stay and requiring maintenance attention resultant in it returning but only at best to what can be described as lukewarm. The room was generally cold devoid of any floor coverings. Very often than not housekeeping provided no back up toilet paper in the room and then poor quality. Bathroom was also at best small and cramped. The café provided a limited off the menu option for breakfast but the staff there were polite and offered good service. One young lady named Amy an OJT excelled and a letter provided to the front desk for the Duty Manager to be made aware of her performance. The latter was in some ways a saving grace to my overall review of my stay at this hotel.

Great location relative to major attractions in Baguio city centre. Friendly and helpful staff. Good food and service at the restaurant. Reasonable rates.

WiFi at the 7th floor is non-existence. Hotel Guards in the Hotel entrance are not alert. They don't open the door for guest, they just stand around. A good morning or good evening greeting will brighten up my day if they can only exert a little gesture, or even just a small smile in there faces will do. I don't know if its management's instruction or maybe it's for safety reasons, I am sorry for being such an observant. Nonetheless the Hotel is good inside & out. Good room arrangement. fast room service for meals. A 15 peso service charge for foods that will be brought to your room is alright. Interior & Exterior of the hotel is quiet good. location of the hotel is very accessible to Burnham park. I will definitely be back at Burnham Suites again specially if they increase there WiFi signal inside the rooms...

Right across the street from Burnham Park. Lights in hallways and rooms are a little dim. There is no heater in the room so you will need to wear warm clothes if the room is still too cold. The room is pretty big and clean. The staff is nice and courteous. There's free breakfast in the morning offering 3 different options.

It was a last minute booking since we decided to spend New Year's in Baguio. We had heard about this hotel since our friends have been here before and they had positive things to say about their experience. Overall, it did not disappoint. We booked two suites and the rooms were comparable to more expensive hotels. The rooms were clean and well appointed. Service was excellent as everybody -- the guards, reception, housekeeping and restaurant staff -- were very helpful and courteous. It's a big plus that they have ample parking at the basement. It's location is excellent as it gave us easy access to all the places we wanted to visit. My only criticisms are: the breakfast menu was very limited and it want all that great; and the downside of being in the center of things is that it gets rowdy at night. Light sleepers beware as you'll have to close the windows and turn on the airconditioning. Lastly, sound proofing needs improvement as we could hear our rowdy neighbor in one of the rooms.

Overall, great location, near restaurants, park... A little bit of a walk from the Victory liner station but a very short taxi ride. Staff was extremely kind and helpfull. Rooms were very clean and in good shape. warm water and wifi was hit or miss but this appears to be the case in most places in the Phils.
