Baguio Burnham Suites

We stayed for 4 nights at this hotel (Feb 24 - Feb 28). The shower did not work most of the time; the hot water did not stay hot that long. The hotel amenities was limited and was available only when asked. The towels need to be replace as they are thin and worn out. Some of the staff will not go out of their way for the needs of their customers. The breakfast offered by the hotel was so limited. I don't think we plan to come back to this hotel in the near future.

First off there are many hotels in Baguio. I was led to believe by hotels.com that there are only a few..this hotel wasn't really worth the price.. The location is good the service,even by Philippine standards wasn't great. The breakfast was bad. But there are plenty of good places to eat all around the hotel. At this location of the city you are very close to everything,even to walk to many of them. Taxi's are easy to get and they ,for the most part, just use the meter.. But again the hotel, just average for Philippine standards.

Am disappointed that the actual look of the hotel & room was not as attractive as it appeared on the pictures on the website or sites of the booking agents :( The facilities / furnitures in the room are old but contented that the room was clean & the staffs are friendly & helpful to the guest's needs :) Overall stay was ok ...

We stayed for 2 nights out of season so the hotel was empty. We booked a suite and they put us in a room with no view at all and the bedroom didn't even have a window! The bathroom had a leak so the floor was always wet. The staff in the restaurant looked totally disinterested even though we were the only ones in the restaurant. Will avoid this place next time.

Hotel restaurant after ordering the waiter returned to inform 1 dish was not available. Deserts after mains told only one choice was available from a list of many. Room service menu ordered the hamburger, not available, Next door to the hotel a large dog that barked constantly, complaints to the front desk had no effect finally had to go downstairs and drag the bloke outside and make him go and tell the owner to shut the dog up. Asked for the manager but after 2 days he/she never appeared. And the picture on the web site falsely shows an expanse of gardens around the hotel. This was not so, the hotel sits right on the edge of a noisey major road , the photo was taken from the far side of the Burnham park and gardens that is across the road from the hotel giving the impression that they are the hotels grounds. The roads are clogged with overloaded diesel trucks and other vehicles spewing black exhaust smoke from low grade diesel fuel as they labour up the steep roads, with the town stuck in a valley the filth stays around . Filthy sidewalks and rubbish everywhere, and the market area! a disgrace. Seen cleaner markets in Calcutta India and that's being generous to Baguio. Recommendation, don't go there

Decent sized rooms and clean. Poor breakfast but no big deal. Good location at quiet end of Burnham Park and right next to the plant/orchid centre whish is a beautiful place to wander around - prices are good also. Parking underground and free. Internet no good in rooms but OK in reception. Overall, good value for money.

This is the third time that I have stayed here, and it has always been very comfortable and staff friendly and very helpful. Rooms are very spaciious, too.... Highly recommend.

We were very pleased at our stay here,staff were very nice,friendly and accommodating.Nice big room, bathroom need some kind of update,but over all it's very nice hotel just accross the burnham park.We would definitely go back here again1

hotel was close to most places to see. staff was outstanding

Rooms were better than what I had expected for the price. Very spacious, facing Burnham Park. Amenities were more than adequate for an overnight business trip, and wifi in the room was very appreciated. Very near Burnham Park and the surrounding downtown. Staff were very friendly and accomodating; helped out with photocopying and printing needs to obviate the need to go outside.
