Siripanna Villa Resort & Spa Chiang Mai -

Choice of food was exceptional. The grounds were fabulous. Seemed expensive compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in.

Overall, this is an excellent hotel. We really love the resortic environment and the friendly and lovely staff. Just the bed is a bit too hard~

Peaceful and friendly place to stay away from the bustle of downtown Chiang Mai

Toiletries was not replaced daily. Breakfast selection not very impressive.

The room is spacious and clean. However, the villa required us to download an app when check-in for service enquiry during our stay, I think it's not user-friendly as it is time consumable.

Gorgeous hotel, stunning pool/grounds. Our room was not ready by check in time, so they comped us a round of drinks! They also decorated our room for our wedding anniversary. We were told we would also receive a cake, but it never came. The plunge pool is awesome and the room was so comfortable. The only issue we encountered was some confusion over a happy hour. It was advertised to be a happy hour at the cafe. We went and ordered drinks at the cafe but they said there was no happy hour. Maybe a little more communication between the staff could be implemented. Otherwise an amazing stay!!

Quiet oasis not far from the city. Lovely rooms, staff friendly and helpful. Good food and plenty of activity. Very nice pool and pool bar. Italian themed restaurant is a strange choice though plenty of Thai options also. Lovely grounds and with great hill views. Great for couples, families or groups.

Offering privacy and tranquility set amongst a beautiful garden. The property is expansive including a their own rice paddy field. Staff go above and beyond supporting our comfortable stay. Although the hotel is situated away from ‘the maddening crowd’, a shuttle bus takes guests to the markets, free of charge. Taxi fares into the old city are around 150Bht. The number one great thing about the Siripanna are the staff, making kindness their priority, and it delivered effortlessly, gently with endless smiles. Meals are very varied, generous and excellent quality. All cultures and cuisines are catered for. We chose a base disability room at a very reasonable rate, however we noticed many villas with their own plunge pools. My husband is wheelchair bound and staff assisted in every possible way. Our room had disability rails in the bathroom, in support of his lacking mobility. We would definitely return if we visited Chiang Mai again.

The hotel is beautiful. It has jungle vibes which is so cool! The pool outside the room is gorgeous. The staff is very nice and friendly! Free shuttle bus to the night market every evening. Clean rooms and nice showers, wifi was great and AC was nice.
