Siripanna Villa Resort & Spa Chiang Mai -

This villa is very beautiful and the staff is super helpful. The only complaint I have is the bed is very firm, almost to a uncomfortable level if you used to the softer bed. Other than that, everything is amazing.

The hotel room was surprisingly large with a gorgeous view.

Old. Poor public transportation from the Hotel to inner city. Quiet for rest. Some mosquitoes in night.

The resort was peaceful and quiet. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. A short drive and we were in the huslte and bustle of the old city.

Our overall stay was satisfactory - Thai traditional architectures as what we wanted, rice fields, a lot of greens coupled with good service, spa and food. We liked it to be located out of town center (about 3 -4 km away) and yet was easily accessible to & fro town by taxi, tuk-tuk besides the scheduled hotel shuttle van. Hotel front desk was efficient in booking for us all excursion trips - elephant sanctuary, river cruise, doi-suthep and more.

Lovely hotel I would have given it 5 stars but the breakfast although having a good selection was not very warm ! Also the rooms are quite dark but overall we enjoyed our stay here.

This is one of the check in experience I have ever had. I booked the hotel with 3 guest and got charged an extra guest fee of 70 dollar. Unfortunately one of my friend broke his arm and was unable to come to this trip. We didn’t try to change our room or cancel our hotel. All we asked was for our extra guest fee back and the hotel refused, and even told Expedia not to give us any money. This in completely ridiculous that we got charged a service fee that didn’t even apply to us. Also don’t get the dinner buffet. It tasted terrible and the only people that ate there was the hotel staff. 1/5 experience.

Our stay at Siripanna was very nice. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel also offered many activities such as a cooking course, rice picking course, etc. The spa was wonderful - very relaxing. Downside: Due to the pool and other water sources, there were quite a few mosquitoes.
