Nice quiet resort overall. One big dislike was the abundant mosquitoes feasting on human blood.

スタッフはとても親切で市内観光などおすすめ、ドライバーのコーディネートをしてくれました。建物は新しくはないですが、タイの伝統的な雰囲気を味わうことができて、熱帯植物とプールに囲まれステキです。 他の方も書いていますが蚊がたくさんいるので、伝えるとスタッフがスプレーをしてくれます。私たちはそのスプレーを追加で購入して使ったところ効き目がありました。 徒歩圏内にはあまり見るところがないのでタクシーが必要ですが、リラックスできるのでまた利用したいと思います。

So not stay here, cats eat off the plates, room was filthy, linen is old, stained and tread bear, manager rude, taxi from there is expensive, whole place is run down

We were a group of 2 retired American couples who spent 3 nights at the Siripanna Resort and Spa in January 2023. The friendly airport transfer driver arranged by the hotel was waiting for us when we deplaned. The resort looks “tired” and is located on a busy road across the street from several dilapidated “stores”. Check-in was quick, efficient, and courteous. The reception staff were very responsive and personable. We each chose a villa around the pool and each was surrounded by vibrant, oversized leafy foliage. The traditional bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious, water pressure and temperatures were excellent, air conditioning worked well, beds were comfortable, and the wifi was consistent. The resort, however, has passed its prime. There was only one working restaurant, and it was essentially vacant around dinner time which was perhaps due to a limited menu. The buffet breakfast offered a wide selection of food and was well attended. There was no bar. Note: AX is not accepted and the hotel does not exchange currency.

Room had mosquitoes. Room was noisy due to outside activities. Had issue with parking for a day of two due insufficient space.

Relaxing, comfortable and quiet stay. Friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is not honestly advertising their offer. Spa and half of the property is shut down, giving a feel of total neglect when you walk around. The spa was the reason i booked this hotel in the first place. The staff is totally passive, non engaging, no greetings. The restaurant staff is more distracted by their phones or having fun between each others than answering your questions while standing with the menu in your hands.

On the first day breakfast buffet, we saw many ants on the plates. It was really bad feeling. Moreover, the food for breakfast seems to never change.

It is a little far out from everything, but not quite a destination in itself for me.
