The Briza Beach Resort Khaolak

Iv absolutely enjoyed my stay at the Briza hotel, staff are so friendly and the breakfast is really good, iv had lunch a few times at the hotel and the food and cocktails have been excellent, had a minor problem with my room 217 and they upgraded me to a beautiful garden room free of charge, I didn’t even ask them too, they even helped me move my stuff to 829 room, one more night here and sadly I’m coming home, definitely would book this hotel again, thank you so much for a wonderful stay, and too all the staff that work so hard.

We had a great stay at Briza Beach Resort. The staff is super friendly, helping out with any need. We asked for a later checkout due to our evening pickup and it was made possible easily. Bera and Baipalm were very supportive.

The location is Great for a chilled relaxing time, the hotel helps arrange a tuk tuk which I cheap to head to makes or activities. The room itself is large and they always restock the water every day. Room are always cleaned, and the overall atmosphere here is very quiet but we are in the off season so this may be why. Staff members are helpful polite and attentive.

I was a guest of this hotel for 2 weeks, and I never regretted my choice. The hotel impressed me with purity and wellness in the rooms, restaurants, on the beach and on the territory. Also I liked the hotel staff: any problem was solved quickly and with a smile. Especially I will note the reception managers Beera and Baibua, who have always been ready to help. The hotel is located in a quiet area, so it can be recommended for family rest or for people who do not need noisy entertainment. Overall, the hotel deserves a great assessment.

It was an amazing location, the staff are so kind, generous, warm and helpful. Every member of staff greets you with a warm smile and can’t do enough to help you. We loved being at Briza because of its location and the staff. There are renovations at present but they really didn’t bother me. I could hear them working but I was more impressed with the surroundings so overlooked it. The bedrooms were nice and cosy but the bathrooms need updating. They weren’t very clean so I didn’t use the bath but used the shower. I didn’t complain or mention it because the staff are just too sweet and I didn’t want to upset them. I can also see that they are doing work and increasing the accommodation, so I assume that they will improve the old bathrooms once they have dealt with the new rooms. If you stay at Briza and don’t like creased clothes, I would recommend you take a travel iron with you, but that is minor, just advice really. I would also include their breakfasts in your stay, as it’s worth the amount that you pay and is enough to keep you satisfied until you eat again. I would be happy to stay there again if I were to go to Khao Lak again.

We only stayed at Briza for a couple of days before our flight from Phuket. And wow, what a beautiful location and amazingly friendly staff. They were so generous allowing a late check out for our evening flight up until 6pm! And helped us with taxis and anything we could have wanted.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good value for money, excellent welcome, and greeting arrangements on bed.
