The Briza Beach Resort Khaolak

I loved this resort. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I fell ill and the Operations Manager Mr. Chay organised for a doctor to come to the hotel as I was too weak to leave bed. They also gave me a super late check out. I would definitely go back.

Just spent an amazing 10 nights here and could not have been better. Hotel is perfectly located in a peaceful area but still with plenty of bars and restaurants to eat out. Room was immaculately clean, spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was delicious every morning with plenty of choice. Every member of staff always greeted us with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. Special mention to FO team including Baibua, Baby and FO manager Chai. You’ve helped make our holiday one we won’t forget. Certainly lives up to being The Land of Smiles!

The resort is clean and the staffs are so nice especially Beera and Baiplam. I would definitely recommend this to my friends. Thank you!

We had chosen a different hotel in Khao Lake as we were told there was building work at the Briza. The other hotel didn't suit our needs but the staff at the Briza Beach welcomed us back as we reached out to them because we had stayed there before. The staff were so helpful and even organised to collect us from our other hotel the following day and our room was made so welcoming as the photos. Bera, Charif, Bai Bua and the rest of the front office team were so accommodating as were the whole of the happy smiling team. We visited Briza hotel from May 24th to June 8th. We have had a fantastic stay at Briza. The rooms and facilities were very much to our liking and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were also very friendly with our daughters (5 and 7 years old), spending some time with them and playing some games. We also had some sickness and injury on the trip unrelated to the hotel and again the staff was very helpful and accommodating. A special thanks to the FO Team - Beera, Baiplam and Bai Bua who made the stay extra special. PS. the breakfast buffet was also very good.

Having stayed here for 13 nights has been absolutely amazing. Beachfront room was superb, which was cleaned daily and fridge stocked with complimentary water. The Briza crew are so friendly and attentive even going the extra mile to make us banana bread for breakfast. Devine! I am definitely returning to Khao Lak and staying at The Briza Beach Resort....Paradise!

Superb! This is my second visit to the Briza and once again a fantastic stay for 13 nights. The rooms are very comfortable and have all you need for a long or short stay. I cannot praise the beautiful attentive staff(family)enough. Thank you x

This is our second visit to this hotel. We love that it on the beach. It may not be the best looking. But the rooms are large and clean. The enormous beds are made every day, fresh towels ) plus beach towels are provided, leaving a bit more space in you case 😄) all rooms have air con. Some have a swim up pool but not a sea view like ours . We stayed in a superior room with garden, pool and sea view. Admittedly they are ready for a little work doing. The rest of the rooms have had a new roof and colour change. The grounds and pool area are well mentained . The pool is very clean not too deep, but has No hand rails for anyone with restricted movement. A small bar and somewhere to eat. There are enough sun beds as they spread to the beach, no need to get up early to save one. The staff are all welcoming friendly and seem happy to see you. The reception are very helpful . I like the fact that your cases are taken to your room. We ordered room service a couple of times on the days where the weather let it down. We will come again but not around the rainy season as it can rain for days on end, and did

I am currently here with my daughter and we love it here. Everbody is so sweet, especially thanks to Balbus, Baipalm and Geera!! This is a lovely place ❤️ The rooms are spaceous and clean. The breakfast is yummie! Would recommand it to everyone. .
