Great breakfast choice with view on the ocean. 3 pools with direct access from ground floor rooms. Friendly staff. Rooms are kept clean all day. Everything you need nearby.

The cocktails were not good. Worth sending someone on a cocktail making course. The beach strip of the hotel is very small but we knew that before.

"Relaxing stay with great service"

Great staff and areas cleanliness. Good breakfast available all day.

Not the best beach as it has many rocks. Do be mindful if you’re after a beach vacation. But the pool is great. Charge of 1000Baht per night for a 2.5kilo dog is a bit excessive considering no pet facilities are provided.

"Private island vibes"

This is our second visit to The Chill and our first visit during the green (low) season. We felt like we were on a private island. Everything was superb: the restaurant, the spa (thank you for al the massages and the products) , the staff - who continue their amazing service even though the resort is quiet - and it was wonderful to return to our happy place and break from reality. We will be back again. Thank you The Chill

"Fantastic Experience"

We loved our stay at the Chill, from the wonderful and super helpful staff, to the layout of the hotel, its all day meal plan, the salt water infinity pool (very underrated having a salt water water pool), to the location in the literal heart of Kai Bae. The beds are comfy, shower nice, maid service impeccable and the balcony to each room just big enough to offer a nice relaxing day of reading or whatever. I see why the Chill is more expensive than other places but for me it’s worth the extra money. They even come in your room when you’re down at the restaurant and add lemongrass aroma from their own spa into your room diffuser. It’s those little touches that all add up.

"Simply one of the best"

Simply one of the best resorts we have ever stayed at. The staff make you feel very special in every single way. Their attentiveness and focus on service to the customer is outstanding. The swimming pool gives some of the best views you will ever see and sunset from the dining area has to be seen to be believed
