It was a nice stay. The hotel could use some upgrades especially with the elevators.

Customer service was excellent I love the idea of the locker area where you can go and check out appliances that you need the beds were very comfortable pillows are excellent and the service is great and a great location when you go to worlds of fun.

I like that we had a fully loaded kitchen and everything to go with it.

Nice hotel. It’s an extended stay...so no room service or continental breakfast...but room was nice and having a full fridge was nice. There is ongoing construction next door to this property..so that was a little bit of a mess...but all in all a nice place to stay to be near Worlds of Fun.

Free laundry, kitchen utensils, little store so you dont have to leave for something that was forgot.

Cancelled my reservation the afternoon i was due to check in. Found me another hotel, but not a suite although the price was the same and 12 miles farther from my destination.

The only thing bad was the size of the TV. Smallest I’ve seen in any hotel. Time to upgrade, rooms are expensive so that TV was ridiculous. Other than that, everything was great

We picked this hotel specifically because of the good reviews but boy were we in for a surprise. This place is in dire need of a facelift for starters. Second, we waited almost 15 minutes at the front desk before someone finally showed up to check us in. Our room had an musty smell to it in fact, the entire floor wreaked of cigarettes despite having a non-smoking room. Out sheets appeared old and worn out and did not smell clean. We wanted to move to another room but the hotel was completely booked for the night. When asked if we could move to another room the following morning, we were told by the MANAGER who was very rude and snobbish we couldn't because we "only paied $80 for the room and her rooms were going for $120." I wouldn't recommend this property simply because of the rude manager.
