No pool. No coffee or cafe. Website was not truthful.

If you want quietness you won’t find it here. If you’re looking for a party hub, this will definitely be the spot. I stayed here 2 nights and both nights there was a party out in the back area (by the same people) with loud music. They had disco lights set up, 2 big speakers and a microphone. They started at 4pm and music lasted until I called and complained about it (10:30pm). It was definitely disappointing. I will never stay here again.

first let me thank the staff for friendly courteous service, i enjoyed my stay even tho it was just sat til sunday, i thought it was a nice room we had and it had everything you need if you staying a while. Very nice place i will come to Candlewood again and again,

I really like Candlewood cause it had a refridge, stove , make your own ice very pleasant

The pool was actually warm. They have free DVD to rent. I'm not sure every time needs a full kitchenette, but it's nice.

Nice stay. Room was okay, window was sitting on floor when we walked in had to put it back in frame which was little odd on the third floor. Pool area was nice heated granddaughter had had fun.

The lobby was under construction. Rooms were fine, but could really use an upgrade.

The rooms are clean and nice. The Check in, well, they lost our reservation but then charged me for the room anyway. I’ll be speaking to the manager in the morning. The elevator quit, they only have one, it’s been interesting.

Had problem with shower head. Other than that, good stay. Not a lot of eating places around the hotel

Front desk Staff was great! Very flexible as we asked for a first floor room - last minute.
