Best Western Plaza Hotel Hamburg

Very quick check-in and check-out. Quiet from street noise and neighbors on the 4th floor. 30 minutes by U-bahn or S-train to mid-town, safe and easy. The station is 50 meters from the hotel's front door. A/C couldn't keep up with the 30+ temperatures we had in late May. Disappointing breakfast; slow and not 4 star worthy coffee machine, the buffet was not re-filled, the scrambled eggs were cold. Good sized room and comfortable bed.

I have used Hotels.com filter for Free Parking, and this hotel came up, when we went there they told us it costs 18 euro for parking. we were lucky there was P+R paking nearby.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Quiet, considering the window was open and we faced the train station. Roomy bathroom. Comfortable bed.

Worse Experiance ever Staff is really rude , Breakfast under avarage (15 euro too much for such a breakfast). i did check out 20 mnts after 12:00 had to pay 10 euro for delayed checkout . rooms r small with WC has no door Never Again

Just don't like the parking underneath it's own building has to pay extra 18 Euro. It should be free for guests.

It was great right next public transportation city is super hipster

Visiting family and also taking in the Christmas market in the city. The hotel is ideal, next to a train station, one stop from the airport. A 20min train ride into the centre and there you are!

The location is perfect is visiting Lufthansa or Airbus. At the airport, only a short bus ride away, and the hotel even give you a free bus pass if you want one. The rooms are nice and modern with a well maintained bath room, so nothing to worry about on that side of things. There is a small bar and a nice restaurant, so great for a swift business trip. I must say this is my hotel of choice when visiting Lufthansa, staying 4 or 5 times a year.

Impossible to sleep in this hotel. Pipes are so loud i have not slept for a minute. Horrible. Clean but horrible.

Handy as close to airport and next to U-Bahn. Room did smell a bit musty though.
