Best Western Plaza Hotel Hamburg

our second visit to this hotel. Staff very friendly and accommodating.Room of a good size and extremely clean. Did not use the restaurant as we were out and about all the time and it was easier and cheaper to dine out.Would definitely recommend and stay again. Situated directly across the road from Oldshorf Cemetery. Roughly 20minutes by train into the centre of Hamburg. Trains frequent and good value. Next stop in the other direction is the airport.

Very easy to get to from airport, great public transport and a quiet hotel in a big city.

This was a very nice hotel. They charged us for early check-in, but the service, room, and amenities were fabulous. The location was less than 10 minutes from the airport, and the restaurant downstairs was delicious!

room was clean and tidy, location good, just right beside the metro

was short visit on business but was nice & quiet to get work done and had several simple but nice restaurants within 10 minutes walk I really don't like it when two single beds are pushed together to make a double. Often struggled in the night to keep form falling in between the beds

I prefer this hotel when staying in Hamburg - it has comparatively reasonable room rates, particularly in comparison to city centre hotels. It's in Ohlsdorf, so not in the centre, but this really doesn't matter because it is located literally right next door to the S and U Bahn station with regular services to all parts of Hamburg. The rooms are modern, clean and well-maintained. For me the only drawback is the cost of the buffet breakfast (which I didn't try) but considered too expensive at 15 euros per day. Instead there is a great little cafe/bakery next to the station serving a great choice forbreakfast all for around 4 euros.

Nice clean and modern hotel, most of the staff were friendly, but check in could have been better (more info, more friendly), otherwise everyone was great, and helpful. Room was nice, good size and spotless, bed was comfortable. Bathroom was a little odd, a lot of frosted glass, even on the toilet door!! Good location, 30 seconds from the U/S Bahn station (but not noisy in hotel), which is then 6 minutes and one stop to the airport; or 20 minutes into Hamburg. Would defiantly stay again if in Hamburg.

This BW is at perfectly located for the train that takes you from the airport (S1). The staff is very friendly.

Excellent! Right next to underground station together into the city and convenient for airport and S-bahn connections.

Would recommend for anyone unfamiliar to the country or area! Lovely staff and service.
