I enjoyed the Alpine vibe of the hotel. I would stay at this hotel again.

The location is perfect, view is quite beautiful. Although the facilities are a bit old, the staffs there are helpful and kind. Restaurant is of good quality and let us feel at home. We can share feelings. It’s not easy. We do recommend this hotel as a good and comfortable stay place.

Older hotel but excellent location next to the cable car. Great balcony with amazing view. Very helpful at front desk, and nice restaurant attached.

The hotel staff was very friendly and held my bag after check out since I planned to stay in town into the afternoon. I got to breakfast toward the end so it was a bit limited- get there early! And there was no AC so my room was a bit warm at first but at night it cooled down. There’s no bad spot to stay in Mürren, the town is very small and cute. The back side of the hotel has great views of the mountains. But it’s good to note that this hotel is the farthest one on the main street of town so it’s about a 10-12 minute walk from the train to get there. There’s limited dinner options in town that have kitchens that stay open late (including the hotel restaurant) so make sure to sit down somewhere by 8-8:30 at the latest.

Beautiful traditional mountain lodge. Loved everything about it! Ben at the front desk was especially helpful.

This was a magical place - I fell in love with Mürren here. It has the most incredible view and the rooms are cozy but cute and beds are comfy. There is construction next door because of the new gondola they are installing, however, it did not detract from our experience. The staff here is so nice, especially the two women working the bar. One of their names is Kataryna - who took care of me coming in late and hungry and pregnant. I would love to come stay here again.

Really enjoyed our 3-night stay in Mürren! The hotel was a very short walk from the cable car. Staff was very friendly especially the cat Pompous! Room was small but very adequate plus it had a terrace with amazing views. Had breakfast (included) there every day and 2 dinners and everything was delicious. Would definitely stay there again.
