Very accommodating staff, beautiful location…be aware to arrive at base of Tram by about 8:00pm as the last tram is at 8:50, also the restaurant closes at 9:00pm.

Spectacular balcony views from our room. Hotel check in/out done by 2 different gentleman that were super friendly and helpful. Room was small with only one plug. Twin beds were maybe 8” apart but so easy to put up with for those excellent views. Breakfast was only cold things, nothing hot. Ample choices.

The staff at this property went above and beyond. The most friendly staff I have ever interacted with. I have stayed in places all over the world and this is the first review I have ever written that is how good it was.

The view was amazing, the hotel and restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was warm and friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms very clean. Our room had an excellent balcony. The view is quite amazing. Ate dinner at the Hotel restaurant. Very pleasant staff and good food. The only reason I knocked the surrounding area was because they are working on a new gondola next door and it was a bit messy. Not the hotels fault. We were able to have them hold our bags so we could explore the area and come back later and check in. Front desk clerk Andi was a hoot and a good idea person for hikes. Just don’t believe him when he says it’s a little uphill because he must be part Billy goat. It was a lot uphill but very worth it. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location by the schilthornbahn. Very friendly and helpful staff. No paper tossues, soap available as one unit for Al skin and hair only and in squeeze bottles (not for arthritis,).
