All rooms are on either first or second floor, and there is no elevator. The hotel is not suitable for anyone who has difficulty with stairs. Reservations for the restaurant are necessary. To guarantee a reservation at the restaurant please contact the hotel in advance to reserve a table, once you have booked your room. Bar meals are not served on Friday and Saturday nights or when the restaurant is very busy.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. It is centrally located with free parking although limited. The bed was large and the linens were crisp. It was dog friendly and the charge was minimal. Breakfast was good

The 'delux' double room was large but drab and overlooked a flat roof. The old air-conditioning system rattled and had to be turned off, but there was a fan. Everything was dark and a bit depressing. Live events adjacent so on a weekend it is VERY noisy. Kettle looked a bit suspect and didn't use it.
