Staff were brilliant

Quirky pub with lots of history. It’s an old pub dating back years which is cool. Food was amazing

Squeaky floors is the only negative but it’s to be expected in a property that old. Not a problem

Very good location and food.

It's not a complaint, because we knew in advance, but people need to be aware that there is no lift and the stairs are winding.

Breakfast was OK for a small hotel. Dinner was a disappointment. The room was OK but the bathroom had no shelves so had to use the floor for washing bags etc.

It’s next door to the corn exchange

Blocked toilet made the room smell of sewage. Very noisy location Can hear other residents walking on stairs and corridors The whole place needs an upgrade Breakfast - told that it wasn’t possible to proper toast , could only do warm bread. Breakfast size is small

Very friendly staff, enjoyable meal.

The shower in our room was rather grubby, particularly around the plug hole area.
