All rooms are on either first or second floor, and there is no elevator. The hotel is not suitable for anyone who has difficulty with stairs. Reservations for the restaurant are necessary. To guarantee a reservation at the restaurant please contact the hotel in advance to reserve a table, once you have booked your room. Bar meals are not served on Friday and Saturday nights or when the restaurant is very busy.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. The Manageress was Fabulous xx The Owner I think the man was? . Rude unfriendly just as well he has the lovely manageress we have stayed here before as she makes you feel very welcome. Gives Lots of Information regarding what to do in the area. Breakfast Fabulous 10 on 10 plus. Could not get coffee in bar at 9.30pm not good. But appart from that recommend a visit

Welcome great, parking good. Breakfast excellent, with good local produce..All staff were welcoming and lady at breakfast lovely. Would certainly stay again.

As stated on website, no lift as old building with no lift and 2 flights of stairs. We were allocated a room on second floor, which a bit of a trek, but manager kindly allocated us one on the first floor, which was easier to access. Lovely stay and would certainly return.
